Luxemburg Ordre de la Couronne de Chêne 1861. Luxembourg Order of the Oak Crown 1861. Order of Merit « Ordre de la Couronne de Chêne » of the Luxembourg state. The octagonal medal, with pin, is in its original packaging. Dimensions: 30 x 30 mm. The ribbon, approximately 28 x 28 mm wide, is striped orange and green. The medal is gilt. The obverse features the cross of the Order and, in the center, the initial "W" (Willem), surmounted by a crown. The reverse depicts an oak crown. The medal, ribbon, and box are used but nonetheless in good condition. The gilt is slightly tarnished in one spot, in front and behind. Format mit Kiste / Dimensions avec boîte / Format with box : 9,00 x 5,80 mm. Wiegt mit Kiste / Pèse avec boîte / weights with box: ca. 58 g.
